At this time you must Trade Bayleef, Quilava, and Croconaw from Colosseum and breed, but I have heard that Professor Birch lets you choose which one to have in Emerald once you've completed the Hoenn Pok�dex.

You have to catch there second form from colloseum then Trade them to Fire Red and Leaf green then you have to breed them with a pokemon to produce an egg
