Island four is where you find Waterfall but if you are still on islands 1,2&3 then you have to have caught 60 pokemon and beat the Elite Four to get the national dex then talk to Celio and then go to the base of the mountain and there should be two rockets in front of a cave beat them and enter the cave follow the path to a ladder, go down this ladder then follow the path to another ladder, go down this one and follow the path to a boulder puzzle push the one closest to you twice to the right then go to the bottom one and push it right once, go to the top on and push it up once then follow the path around and go down the ladder.You are now at another small puzzle push this boulder once to the right and then push it down.You will now come to an intersection take the bottom path and push the boulder all the way to the right. Go down the ladder and you will find yourself in a giant room with
Braille. Go down the ladder at the bottom-right hand side of the room and grab
the Ruby. Now go back to the intersection and go right. Push the top-right
boulder to the right, then go down the gap and push the bottom boulder to
the left. Go down and climb down the ladders. Hop over the ledge and go down and
through the exit.
