I believe you can use an Escape Rope to get out of Seafoam Islands. I also believe you can use the move Dig to get out of there.
Besides that, you will have to get out by walking. I bet you can find a Video on Seafoam Islands on this site or Youtube. Hopefully with a Video you can find your way out.
