You need the Mystic Ticket to go to Eight Island; the Aurora Ticket to go to Nine Island. Both of these items are Event-Only Items. There is no way to obtain them now, so you cannot gain access to Eight or Nine Island. The only way to gain access now to Eight and Nine Island would be some type of Cheat or Code.
