Question for Pokemon FireRed
I have a question. I heard that you can't attract legendary dogs when your start Pokemon is higher than 50? And if not, will I still be able to attract dogs if I hatch a balbasaur and level it to 36..?
Badly need answers. Cuz I'm dying to get legendary dogs.. Thanks :(

After you defeat the Elite Four, Entei, Suicune, or Raikou will be roaming the Kanto Region. The one that is roaming depends on which Starter Pokemon you chose. If you chose Bulbasuar, Entei will be roaming Kanto; if you chose Squirtle, Raikou will be roaming Kanto; if you chose Charmander, Suicune will be roaming Kanto. You can only find one of the Legendary Beasts in the game. You can obtain the other two by Trade.
You cannot tell where the Beast is roaming. After you have seen it for the first time, you can track where it is by using your Pokedex.
