Question for Pokemon FireRed
After finding the first ruby how do I move the scientist to cut open the door on the sixth island. He is in the way of the door so I can't open it with cut until he moves.

I believe you must go to Four Island and defeat the Team Rocket Member in Icefall Cave. After you do this, the scientist should be moved.
