What are the rainbow islands? How do I get to them?

You mean the Sevii Islands and you have to get a rainbow ticket from Celio the scientist on island one but first you got to beat the game and have 60 diffrent types of pokemon on your Pokedex to get the national dex.

There are no Rainbow Islands, well not in the European version of this game anyway.

Well, if you mean the Sevii Islands, and you want the Rainbow Pass, you just have to find the Ruby and give it to Celio after you obtain the National Dex.

Rainbow islands are islands 4-9
You get to 4-7 by getting the rainbow pass from Celio.
You get to 8 by a special ticket you must get from cheat machine or a nintendo event, the same for 9.
