Question for Pokemon FireRed
Someone please tell me if you can get Houndour and Jigglypuff in fire red.
Also, what level does blastoise learn hydro pump, I'm dying to know.. answer asap please.

You can get Jigglypuff at Route 3 in the grass, and you can get Houndoom only in Pokemon Colleseum for Gamecube.
I think Blastoise learns Hydro Pump at level 68.

He don't learn it at a certain level you go to Two Island and go to thright then up there will be a house by it's self she teaches him hydro cannon, but only if you have a strong friendship

I'm not sure where you can get a Houndour but you might be able to get Jigglypuff in Mt.Moon by the place you get the fossils. ( Dome or Helix) I'm pretty sure he learns Hydro Pump at level 62.

Houndoom can be find in the game, but it will only appear after a special e-reader card is scanned into your game, which changes wild pok�mon in Altering Cave.
Or, you can Trade Houdoom from Colosseum and breed. Jigglypuff is on Route 3 with levels ranging from 3 to 7.
And, don't stress for Hydro Pump, it's less accuracy than Surf and also has less PP.
So Surf is better.

To get houndour you need to Trade Houndoom with Pokemon Colosseum.
Then go to breed it with a Ditto then it will be born from the egg they give you.
To get jigglypuff need to go around close to Mt.Moon and it will be in the grass.
Blastoise will learn hydro pumpat level 68.

Houndour can be obtained via an e-reader or Trade houndoom from colosium you can catch Jigglypuff at Route 3 and blastoise learns hydropump at level 60-70.
