Can someone help me, I beat the pokemon league but it still let me into mewtwo's
cave.

PLEASE HELP ME!

You have to find and turn in the Ruby and Sapphire to Celio.

To enter the cave you need to get the National Pokedex from Prof. Oak, and get 60 pokemon on both national AND Kanto Pokedex.

You also need to achieve the Ruby and Sapphire plates and give them to Celio on One Island in the pokemon center.

To be able to catch Mew and mew two in the Cerulean Cave, you need to beat the pokemon league 12 times.

Hope you catch Mew two, I don't think you can w/o Master Ball!

Make sure you have the national dex, you need that too.
