HM01 (Cut): Obtain the SS Ticket from Bill at his cottage and board the SS Anne. Defeat your Rival and help the Captain recover from his sickness. He will give you this HM.
HM02 (Fly): Go to the northern Cycling Road checkpoint and take the path to the cottage above the cycling strip. The inhabitant will give you the HM.
HM03 (Surf): Enter and talk to the inhabitant of the Secret House in the Safari Zone.
HM04 (Strength): Recover the Gold Teeth from the Safari Zone and give them to him at his cottage in the south-eastern part of town.
HM05 (Flash): Capture at least 10 kinds of Pok�mon and talk to the Aide in the Route 2 checkpoint.
HM06 (Rock Smash): Talk to the proprietor of the Ember Spa at the northern end of Island 1.
HM07 (Waterfall): Can be found in Icefall Cave.
