The key for Blaine's gym is in the Pokemon Mansion, buy lots of repels/max repels to get through it so you don't have to battle 100 ratticates(joke, it's only 98) then keep traveling til you fnd it all I can say is you'll eventually see aguy who's standing there (trainer) and in front of him there will be a hole to his left and one to his right, don't battle him go to the left one and fall down, hope I helped
