What kind of Pokemon can killed ghost Pokemon?

To kill a Ghost Pokemon, you must have a Silph Scope. The Silph Scope helps you see Pokemon invisible, like the ghost behind the 4th floor stairs.
To wake up Snorlax, after you see Mr. Fuji at Pokemon Tower, find his house and he will give you the PokeFlute.
