What is a deoxys and how do you get it
Also I got zapdos and need the rest can anyone tell me how and where to get them oh and where is Mewtwo.

Hello you get Mewtwo in the cave where you get your 2 badge, but you can't get it to you do the pokemon league.

Deoxy's is a pokemon and you can get it by getting the aurora ticket
Articuno-Seafoam Islands
Moltres-Mt. Ember
Mewtwo-Cerulean Cave (also known as the unknown dungeon)
You can't get Mewtwo till you beat the elite 4
