I just got a AR for GBA, I use a cheat and it messed up the game. Is there any way I could fix it?

If you can find an AR code to fix it then it will be fixed.

this is how mess up my game is:
the TM/HM item is at the ball pocket
the balls is in the main item pocket
PLEASE help me!!! I really don't want to start a new game because I got a really good team!!!
