Question for Pokemon FireRed
Is it true, can you really get shiny pokemon because I heard some people say they got black Charizard and others if anybody knows how to get one please tell me.

It is true that you can catch shiny pokemon, I have an orange rattata at lvl 26 which im training to add to party just to show to my friends not to fight with it because its crappy but I'll still show it to them. you can find them by walking around, once I found a shiny growlithe at Pokemon Mansion at lvl 36 and I was training it but I traded it to my Pokemon Sapphire. Hoped I've helped.

Yes you can get shiny pokemon like in R/S, it's only a matter of luck to find one, but always be prepared with tons of Greatballs and Ultraballs, they can appear in the wild, anytime/anywhere.
