Question for Pokemon FireRed
How do you get back to the Islands? Bill took me back and I didn't want to go. :( I forgot to get Blast Burn for Chorro. How do I get back?

Just go to Vermilion City, go to the boat and the guy will recognize you have a tri pass, a screen will appear and it will let you go to 1, 2,and 3 Islands.

Go to Vermillion City's ferry, talk to the sailor, he should notice you have the ticket and will take you back to the Islands and Kanto as many times as you wish.
