Were can I find cool Pokemon like girafarig,pineco,ursaring, houndour,houndoom,smeargle,milktank and any other Pokemon ..please tell me about these Pokemon nd were I can find them exactly

As far as i know, these Pokemon are not available in this game without trading.

you can find houndoor in Altering Cave i think it takes a while its on island 6 u have to Surf up
