When can you trade with Sapphire and Ruby? And which of the Sevii Islands has the Pokemon breeding center?

1. When you obtain the Ruby from Mount Ember, and then get the Sapphire from Dotted Hole — after which you will have to take it back from the Rockets on Island 5 (the scientist that steals it will give you the second password) — after collecting at least 60 kinds of Pokémon and having Oak upgrade your Pokédex, and then give the gems to Celio, the hub that he's working on will link with Lanette, enabling you to link up with Ruby and Sapphire the way you would with another Fire Red or Leaf Green cartridge. Moneypenny: When you import a Pokémon that does not appear in the Hoenn Pokédex from Fire Red or Leaf Green into Ruby and Sapphire, the Hoenn Pokédex will be modified to include a National Pokédex option (this becomes the default mode after trading).
2. The Breeding Centre is on Island 4.
