Is there a code or way to get all starter Pokemon and to get enti, suicune, and the electric dog.

There is a code. Ask for it in the Pokemon Action Replay Forum. but
Save game on one Starter and Trade..then start new game with another starter and again trade and then start new game with final starter and trade. Wallah? 3 starters on one game.

The way I know is you need 2 GBA's, start a game on each one then Trade one of the starters with anoter Pokemon to one account. The GBA without the Starter Pokemon then starts a new game, then chooses the final one and trades again with a random pokemon. Hope I made that clear enouph.

The only way to get those Pokemon is if you have a gameshark or an action replay.
