Right listen carefully heres how to get the Sapphire plate first go to 6 island and then go est and south until you get to a grass area and then go to the door of the building and use Cut on the door. Press start and then go to POKEMON and select the pokemon that has cut and then select cut and the door will open go through and then drop through the hole in the middle of the room if you have done this right you will end up in a room with four exits.
I can't remember the rest but when you finally find the Sapphire it will be stolen from you by the rocket scientist.
