You can't just beat Elite Four with Charizard if he knows nice moves like fire blast and hes level 100 maybe if you're lucky.

YES YOU CAN!
Sniperlord is wrong!!! I did it with just Charizard at level 80 or lower. You should have alot of Elixers and Ethers though. Have it know wing attack, flamethrower, blast burn (only for an emergency), and slash.
It worked for me and it can work for you. Use a fighting Pokemon for Lorely though. I just barely made it though, so save after every battle, and don't give up.
