Question for Pokemon FireRed

Is this a good team to start with?
Charizard lvl 39 Fearow lvl 36 Vaporeon lvl 39 Graveler lvl 35 Primeape lvl 37 Raichu lvl 29

And yes I'm getting Raichu up

First things first. You should have trained Pikachu before evolving it. Raichu can't learn any moves. Besides that, you have a good starting team.
