Ok first you need the two passwords. The first password is told to you by one of the rocket grunts in front of Mt. Embers cave thing. The second is told to you by the Team Rocket scientist who stole the Sapphire from you. Then it's up to you and your pokemons instincts to overcome the wearhouse! ( Mainly because I can't remember everything I done. Sorry! )
