Ok I've seen suicin 2 times already but both times he runs away... I don't have a masterball I used it on Mew2. Can someone please tell me a move that wont let Suicine escape and how to get that move and who to give it to. Thanx to who answers this.

Use a wobbufett
After you do that send a strong Pokemon out lower it's hp and you caught a suicuine
