GameShark and Legendaries pokemon

This is the first time I use GameShark. Can someone tell me how I catch Lugia, Deoxys, Latias/ Latios, HO-OH, Jirachi and some other legendaries Pokemon I can catch -if I can catch them all?
And I have seen on youtube that they have endless with Masterballs, how do I get that?

If someone has an answer on my questions, I will be very pleased.

1.Turn on the master Code for firered.
2.There should be codes for them. Select one at a time. Then go into the game and press the two buttons it said on the code (I think it's L+R)
3.Catch it.
4. I think theres a code like that already on the gameshark.
