Elite 4

Help please I'm stuck in the elite 4 my best Pokemon is a venesaur all my other Pokemon are about lvl 37 & under anyone have some tips where I can train by the way they are gyarados, lapras, dugtrio, pidgeotto, and flareon.

Well basically, you have no chance with that team. Have you been purposely avoiding trainers or something? You need to have Pokemon that are at least level 50 to stand any chance. Fly to different regions and go battle all the trainers you've skipped, because it must be quite a few. Oh, and get rid of Dugtrio. Replace with a Lightning type Pokemon.

I'd make a better team that would actually beat the Elite 4 and the champion. Then train them on Victory Road. For faster training try using an EXP. Share.

Just go to other people and rechallange them. HInt: go to the people that are really hard, you will get alot more xp for defeating them.
