How do you get a E-Reader? Because I don't have one.

There is no best Pokemon but the newest one is Deoxys! And an e-reader you gotta buy at a store, if you can't find it got to EBgames or Gamestop they'll be sure to have it!

The best pokemon depends on its type, how well you cover its weaknesses and how well you choose a variety of moves eg:
Charizard lv 100
Blast burn, Fly, Dragon claw, Earthquake.
(FIRE) (FLYING)(DRAGON)(GROUND)
It covers its weaknesses and has a variety of moves so there for lots of advantages.
