Is it better to have all equal level Pokemon or a few ultimate ones?
It is wise to give your Pokemon attacks of different types .

You should keep them all equal cause if you have on Ultimate one and it faints you are doomed,
Yes, it is a good idea to have different types of attacks for Pokemon because you can then give it more advantages and sheild its weaknesses a bit.

Your Pokemon's levels should be equal, yes, and it is good to have attacks of varying types, but you should assign them to your Pokemon depending on how the attacks would benefit them.

It shoud be equal because all your Pokemon will all be the same level Raise them the same way you do with Pokemon.
