HELP ME! Can somebody give me an action replay codes to delete the Pokeballs etc. in my key items pocket!

I'm afraid the same thing happened to my game, and it stuffed up my key items and lost all TM's, the only way to get rid of it so far that I know is to restart your game and delete the codes for all TM's and all Pokeballs from your action replay.
By the way, does anybody have a code to get Deoxys, I got one but it does not obey me. I can do with a code for Fire Red or Ruby/Sapphire.
