Where do you find Mewtwo? How do you get to him? Also where do you find Mew?

To get Mewtwo you have to beat the Elite Four. And then once you got that down all you have to do is beat Team Rocket in their hide out on Five Island and then the cave should be open. If it does'nt let you in then you probably have to beat the Elite Four again. That is what I did and I have a level 74 Mewtwo. He comes on level 70.
I was tempted to use the Master Ball but used an Ultra ball instead.one hint to catching him is save before you approach.and another tip is to get him down into the red its gonna be a long battle cause he has a move called recover so be prepared.
