Where are them plates so I can trade between my Sapphire version ! I would really appreaciate it if somebody told me!

First you have to beat the Pokemon League then go to One Island and go to the right where you can Surf. Then surf up until you get to an Island you should be on Kindle Road keep going up until you get to a part where you can surf keep on going up until you get to Mt. Ember.
Go to the right and you should see two Team Rocket members in front of a cave, defeat them and go inside the cave keep on following the path you will need Strength when you get to two paths take the bottom one and keep on following it until you get to the Ruby plate. I will give you the rest tomorrow.
