I've heard that letting a Pokemon evolve at a later level than it's set to evolve at may let it learn some moves earlier than it would if it evolved at the regular level.
So I haven't let any of my Pokemon evolve yet. Is this a good time to let them, or do they still have new moves to learn?
Nidoran boy, level 24...
Squirtle, level 27...
Pidgey, level 24...
And Spearow, level 22.

Id say that you shouldn't let them Evolve yet, but if you're desperat, yes, and when you get 2 4 island you should breed your main pkmn wit a ditto, then don't let that evolve until it gets 2 a high level.
This is not a bad idea to do this, but this is all up to you. If you Evolve them now they will still lean these moves. Hope this helps,
It is actually not a good idea to hinder letting your Pokeon Evolve, for so much more Experience (attack, defense, accuracy, etc.) is gained when you evolve your pokemon. It is a very bad idea to not allow them evolve, because it will take much longer to have them learn more advanced moves.
Its not a bad idea to stop evolving Spearow but the other three I think you should Evolve them because Blastoise, Nidoking and Pidgeot learns good attacks.
Spearow, on the other hand learns Arial Ace in th mid 40's but Fearow doesn't so it is a good idea to sto evolving Spearow
