1. What is the ticket to get to island 8 and 9?
2. Is it a card you buy at Wall-Mart that you put in an E-Reader?
3. If not, where is it located on Pokemon Fire Red?

For Q1 the tickets to 8 and 9 are to Birth Island and Naval Rock
For Q2 you can't buy them anywhere you have to go to a nintendo event (which is only for nintendo ds)of gameshark/action replay
