Yes you can, it might take a while but yes, you can get Espeon and Umbreon. Trade them from another game, or just Evolve an Eevee. Make the Eevee like you a lot, and then level it up in the morning, it should eventually evolve into an Espeon. For Umbreon, do the same thing as with Espeon, except that now you have to level it up at night.

Yes. Raise Eevee at the games at 8:00 to 12:00 pm for Umbreon. And Daytime, 4:00 o clock to at least 8:00 pm. For Espeon. Hope this helps and works.

Espeon and umbreon are obtained by friendship.depending on when they Evolve......espeon=day;umbreon=night.
