I want to get eggs, but there is only one guy at the day care near Cerulean City, and I can't find another one.

First go to Island 6 with your starring pokemon at the front of your party and go through the water Labirynth. Then talk to the man on the small island (not resort Gorgous) and he will give you an egg witch will hatch into Togepi. Or you can go to island 5 or 7. I can't remember witch but there is a Daycare there that allows 2 Pokemon.

The Daycare which can hold two pokemon is on Four Island. You can also get a Togepi egg by showing the man in Water Labyrinth a Pokemon which really loves you.
