Ok I got cut from a freind and go to surf were the ss anne was and I found a truck and some plants, they are blocking off my path. How do I get rid of them or do I have to face the elite four to get that stuff out of my way. It kinda making me mad so can I please get some help with this?

I do not remember anything useful about the truck and plants, it was mainly made for decoration I believe, so your outta luck, sorry.
