Island 4

Well, for starters, you will have needed to beat the Elite Four and the Champion. Secondly, you'll need at least sixty complete entries in your Pokedex. Once you have this done, talk to Prof. Oak, and he'll update your Dex to National Dex. Now you can enter entries of all 386 available Pokemon!

Now, go to Celio on One Island and he'll ask a favor of you. He says there are two stones that he needs to complete a connection with the Hoenn Region. He says the first one is on One Island, and asks you to go get it. It's up in Mt. Ember.

At Mt. Ember (if you search hard enough), you'll find two Rockets blocking an entry to a cave. Demolish them with your Pokemon!!! (and go inside, of course)

The Ruby is inside. Find it, and take it back to Celio. Give it to him, and he'll give you a worthy reward: a Rainbow Pass! He says the second stone is somewhere among the other four islands, so the Pass gives you access to them. For reference, the Sapphire is on either Five Island or Six Island (I don't quite remember which), but now you have access to Four Island!

Complete all the missions of islands 1-3... You can get the rainbow pass this way, and visit islands 1-7.

First defeat the elite 4 and have 60 Pokemon in your Pokedex if you have 60 go to prof oak talk to him he gif you the National Pokedex go to 1 island talk to bils asistent and go to mt ember there are standing 2 rocket gaurds ficht whit them and go in the cave tey have dig (you need strehngt and rocksmash) in some place in the cave you wil vind a Ruby bring the ruby to bils asistent and he wil give you the rainbow-pass you can with tat pass to 4 island

To get to island four you have to have the national dex by capturing 60 or more Pokemon then go to oak then he will give you the national dex. I hoped this helped heaps.
