If you give it a rare candy it turns into a kangeskhan and that is just about all it is good for

You can't obtain Missingo as far as I know. But if you have it, it should function the same way as in Pokemon Blue, Red, and Yellow.

As far as I know, this glitch was fixed. You can't get Missingno.
