HI, I can answer 2 of your questions,
Black Charizard DOES exist, sadly though it is the shiny version of it, you don't get a black chamander or charmeleon though they are a yellowy colour.
And you can only level your Pokemon up to level 100, thats why if you have any friends that say I have a lvl. 100 salamence or something like that they are pretty much trying to brag.
Sorry I couldnt answer your question about Resort Gorgeous.

Selphy is in the Lost Cave, there are a few tricks in the Cave and she's pretty hard to be found if you're not using any helping guide about it.

Charizard in the shiny version is black. Yes, it exists.

100, after that you can beat unlimited Pokemon but your level 100 Pokemon will never gain any more Experience points.

Level 100 is as far up as it goes though you can use protiens and other stuf like that to make it as strong as posble and buy the best moves it can learn
