PKRS means "PokeRus", a disease that your Pokemon catches. If you get this disease by any chance, you're a miracle worker; you're better off finding a shiny Pokemon!
Anyway, PokeRus actually benefits your Pokemon: it's stats grow faster as long as it holds this condition. But be warned; PokeRus is temporary, and once your Pokemon catches it once, IT'LL NEVER HAPPEN TO THAT SAME POKEMON AGAIN!!! (previously infected Pokemon will be marked in the summary with a small black dot next to the PokeBall you used to catch that Pokemon.) However, it can spread throughout your party, and putting a currently infected Pokemon in the PC will "store" the disease, well, until you take it out again.

This is all I know of this condition; good luck skyrocketing stats!
