Beat the elite four four over and over till your Pokemon are tough,or just battle hard trainers

Here's my two fastest ways to train:

1. If you're training your strongest Pokemon:
All you really need to do is battle the Elite Four over and over until your strongest Pokemon reaches a desired level.

2. If you're training weaker Pokemon:
There's a few steps in this one, but it works (oh, and you'll need the EXP.Share):
a. Attach the EXP.Share to your weak Pokemon.
b. Put that same Pokemon at the front of your party, but have a WAY stronger Pokemon in the party with you.
c. Enter a battle (Elite Four, preferably).
d. Right from the get-go, switch weak Pokemon with WAY stronger Pokemon mentioned before. Be sure strong Pokemon can withstand possible damage from foe.
e. Win the match. 3/4 total experience goes to EXP.Share-holder; other 1/4 goes to the Pokemon that was used in the battle.

My own Pokemon grow at a pretty decent rate with both strategies. Hope this helps. If it doesn't, then I just wasted ten whole minutes for no reason...

Train your Pokemon at Victory Road. This always helps me.
