Question for Pokemon Emerald
Hey everyone I'm new here (but that's not important) OK here is my question I'm using a gameshark to have blazikeins in the wild so I can EV train my Tyranitar /Godzilla in ATK and his ATK becomes 392 when he is LV 100 (I used rare candies ) isn't it suppose to be 403.I continued fighting blazikeins but it will go up by like 4 or 3. What am I doing wrong!!!!
