Question for Pokemon Emerald
Hi I was just wondering where I can find Relicanth? You need one to open the Regi's cave I heard but I don't know where to find one. Can you help me please ? Thanks !!

You can find it anywhere under the water where there is grass (mainly around sootopolis city).

You need to have the hm dive and surf. Go to dark patches of water in the sea by mossdeep city. Good luck!

When you are at sotopulis city use dive outside and use sweet sent in the seaweed

He's in the seaweed underwater around Sootopolis city : but he's EXTREMELY rare so look hard (the chance is 1 in 30) hope this helps ...
