To clone a masterball just give it to the Pokemon you want to clone and do the same thing with cloning a pokemon.

atroxletum answered:

Alright to clone masterballs you give it to a Pokemon and go to battle frontier have the Pokemon in your party and go to the battle tower save in front of the computer deposit the Pokemon holding it into the computer and save the game take the Pokemon out walk to the person closest to the computer when she asks you if you want to challenge say yes it doesnt matter whether you choose level 50 or open level she will ask you to select three Pokemon to be entered choose them and she will say "Before you enter I must save your game" say yes it will bring up the words"there is already a saved file do you want to overwrite it "? Turn your game off and turn it back on if you did it right you will have another masterball and another pokemon

lucario_master1991 answered:

Ok ill give it into a step prosses

-fly to battle tower
-withdraw the Pokemon you want to copy
-give that Pokemon the item (masterball)
-deposit it in a seprate box
-save your game
-withdraw that Pokemon with the item
-now go to the battle tower and talk to the woman closest to the box
-and when it says saving don't turn off your game turn it off(your game will pasue for a moment but don't worry that means it is workin)
-now turn your game on and look at your party and in the box you should get two of the same Pokemon with the same items (one should be in your party the other in the box)

iluvcyndaquil answered:

1. Go to Battle Frontier.
2. Go to Battle Tower.
3. (Make sure you have 2 or more Pokemon in party) Give a Pokmon that you also want to clone the Master Ball.
4. Go to the computer.
5. Save.
6. Deposit all Pokemon in any Box, including the one with the Master Ball.
7. Save.
8. Take the Pokemon that you deposited out again.
9. Go to the woman on the far left with the Link Multi Battle room thing.
10. Talk to her, say Open Level, she will ask if you want to save. Say yes. After a brief pause, it will say "do you want to overwrite?"
11. Turn off when it says that.
12. Turn back on, and you will find the Pokemon with master ball in your party, and another Pokemon with master ball in computer.

This method is pretty good, since you can equip your new items onto more Pokemon, and when you repeat the process, you'll get substantially more items.
cgcookiegirl answered:

Yes, yes, all of that works...but here's a faster way!
1. Go to the Battle Frontier. 2. Go to the Battle Tower.
3. Go to the PC, choose Lanette's PC, and go to "Move Items".
4. Attach the Master Ball to any Pokemon you like in the PC (it doesn't matter which one)**.
5. Exit the PC and save the game.
6. Go back to Move Items, and place the Master Ball from the Pokemon to your bag from there.
7. Talk to the woman at the far right counter, and enter the way you usually would. 8. When she asks if you would like to save the game, choose Yes, and the game will freeze.
9. Once unfrozen, turn the game off.

Now in the PC, there will be a Master Ball on the Pokemon you attached it to, but there is ALSO one in your bag!*

*Repeat until satisfied (not likely you will be)
**This method also works with more than one item at a time. Let's say you have over 100 rare candies. Attach all of them to Pokemon in the PC, and remove them all when performing the glitch to have 100 more rare candies!!!
