Question for Pokemon Emerald

I accidently killed groudon and I want try to catch him again.

but I caught kyogre and the weather man said they stopped checking weather patterns now where is groudon???

You can't find him again. You'll have to trade or cheat to get him.

MY cheats are not working . i want to catch groudon

You cannot ever catch groudon again you must either restart your saved file, hack him, or get him from a friend.

If you saved after killing Groudon hes gone for good you must trade him or hack him or restart your save.

What I would do was take loads of balls and save before he comes to you (same for Kyogre.)

When You Want to battle again to Groudon or Kyogre make sure when your fist battle to super ancient pokemons save first to load and want to battle groudon and kyogre again? Well go load and tap to you saved from load and enjoy.
