Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hi can someone tell me where to get these Pokemon thanks;

Bagon
Feebas

And also when I beat the elite 4 my mum dosent ask what colour Pokemon was on the t.v she just sits there the t.v just says that mum would like the program. When I beat them 4 the first time I did'nt get asked then either can someone help??

To find Bagon they are in meteor falls in a cave at cave sytem end


Feebas is in route 119 but it changes place every time the funky theme it is in rustorbo

Bagon is found in the little room in meteor falls (you need surf and waterfall).
Feebas is found in the river (super rod) just before Fortree City.

Try looking at the tv first then you might get asked, if not it maybe a glitch.

Bagon is found in a small room in Meteor Falls. You need HM Waterfall to get to it. Even in that small room, they are extremely rare.

Feebas is rare as well. I think it starts at Dewford Hall, and it depends on the trend going around the city...if the trend is right, then you're ready to go out and fish with a Super Rod on Route 119! They're rare there, too.

I don't know what to do about your TV problem...it's either a glitch, or something...

Bagon: Found in a small room in Meteor Falls, where you find TM02 Dragon Claw. He's uncommon.

Feebas: Found on 6 random water tiles on Route 119. Use a good/super rod. The 6 tiles change according to what the trendy saying in Dewford is. But once you landed on the right tile, he should be like the first Pokemon to encounter.

That has to be a glitch, I don't know what else to say.

For Bagon keep going through Meteor Falls with Waterfall there will be a small room you enter in the water surf to the other end Bagon is only there.

For Feebas go to Dewford and change the trendy saying to Natural Flowers. Go to the place near Fortree that sometimes rains, use Good Rod! Feebas will be there, but you'll have to keep looking in each tile.
