Can you transfer Pokemon from crystal to Emerald? If not how do you get second generation Pokemon in there?

Second generation Pokemon can be found in the safari zone after you get the national dex, and the rest are found in firered and leafgreen.

You cannot trade form Crystal to Emerald. However, the games FireRed and LeafGreen have plenty of second-generation pokemon!! If you want ALL of them, though, you'll need BOTH FireRed and LeafGreen.

Sorry nope you cannot transfer from crystal to emerald but you can find second generation Pokemon in leaf green, or fire red, and the safari zone after you get the national pokedex
