Gameshark and Actionreplay are about all I know. And I'm sure that they are the only way to cheat on Emerald anyway.

You can't realy get cheats unless you have a gameshark but you can find hints just to help you. If you mean game shark go to gameshark codes. If you want hints go to cheats and user subbmited cheats. Hope I helped
