You know that Secret Base on Rote 120 with the small lake, the woman that gives you a berry, and the patch of soil? To the right of it is a bunch of long, tall grass. Walk into it, and walk up some stairs to reach Registeel's cave.

Go to lilycove and go left until you are in route 120(you'll be in route 121 first) when you're in route 120, keep going left and up the staircasethen go through the tall grass.
