Question for Pokemon Emerald

Ok, now kyogre, groudon, AND rayquaza disappeared from sootopolis. I went back to magma hideout, and groudon was gone. I want back to sky pillar and rayquasa was gone. Can you tell me where the three went to and how you suggest to catch them?

YOU HAVE TO BEAT THE ELITE 4 TO DO ANY OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Groudon and Kyogre:go to weather institute. Go upstairs and talk to the scientist. He'll tell you where Groudon or Kyogre are(wait to long and they'll move and you have to talk to the scientist again). Once you catch or defeat one, the scientist will tell you where the other is!

Raquaza: need Mach bike on sky pillar.

Kyogre went to sleep under the ocean, Groudon went to sleep inside a cliff, and Rayquaza will probably appear again after you at least encounter one of them (or give it some time to reappear). But where the cliff and the diving spots are is set to but 4 routes.
To find out which routes they're located on, go to the Weather Institute on Route 119 and talk to the man on the 2nd floor in the back. He'll mention abnormal weather patterns on a specific route. If it's heavy rainfall, you'll encounter Kyogre. If it's severe drought, you'll encounter Groudon.

Kyogre-- Kyogre will be asleep under a dark patch in the water. Once the man gives you the Route, you'll have to go over there and find a dark patch of water (you can't miss it; it's a rather small patch). Be sure to have some pretty good Pokemon with you, especially an Electric type, so you can paralyze it AND deal heavy damage.
Find the patch and dive under. Make your way through a cave until you enter a small room. Dive up here, and you'll have entered Marine Cave. Have TONS of Ultra Balls; you're going to need them for a tough task ahead!
Save the game before you fight. If Kyogre wins, it'll disappear forever. If it loses, it'll disappear forever. If you run, well...you get the idea. It's at Lv70, so hit it hard!! And beware of it's Rest move. It'll gain full health, but it will also go to sleep for 2 turns. I smell a weakness!!

Groudon-- After you capture Kyogre, go back to the Weather Institute and talk to the same man. He'll give you more coordinates towards Groudon's location. Go there, and find a good cliff. Look for a door and go on inside. Once again, have puh-lenty of Ultra Balls because Groudon is harder to catch than Kyogre! Also, have a pretty good Water Pokemon with you so you can douse its flames and give it a good dealing of damage. Oh, and Groudon ALSO knows Rest, like Kyogre, putting it to sleep and regaining HP for a brief moment, giving you an opening in weakening it. Groudon is also at Lv70. Oh, and don't forget to save before you battle, or else...

Rayquaza-- This sucker is a whole different story! It's stranded in the middle of the ocean in a tower that's five stories high! And getting to the top is no picnic, especially the second time around! Rayquaza will probably be at the top after all you just did. Be sure to have a REALLY good Ice-type; freeze it if you can. Have the Mach Bike so you can zoom past cracking floors (these floors weren't there before) and have A LOT of Ultra Balls, because Rayquaza is harder to catch than the first two! You know where the Sky Pillar is; go for it! Rayquaza ALSO knows Rest, like it's counterparts before it, so use this to your advantage. It's also at Lv70. Save before the fight if you know what's good for you!

I wish you the best of luck (you're going to need it)!

You will need to beat sootopolis gym before rayquaza appears. As for groudon/Kyogre, you can only find them after you beat the elite 4. Go to the weather building and there will be a scientist who will say if there is a weird weather condition on a random route. If it's very sunny, groudons there, if it's Rainy, kyogre is there. And you have to use dive to get kyogre.
